be stricken from the Terms and such provision shall not affect the legality, enforceability or validity of the remainder of the Terms.

use the personal, non-public information that it receives in order to service your account. In doing so, the Company may share such information with its employees, agents, and

The Company does not sell or license information about its clients to third parties, nor does the Company sell its client’s electronic mail addresses to third party marketers.
